Anti-IAN7 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the IAN7 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GIMAP7 gene, which encodes GTPase, IMAP family member 7. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of IAN7 has a canonical amino acid length of 300 residues and a protein mass of 34.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER, Golgi, and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the appendix and colon. This target antigen may also be known as IAN-7. Indicated applications for IAN7 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
