Anti-L10A antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the L10A antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RPL10A gene, which encodes ribosomal protein L10a. This protein is known to function in protein translation, among other biological roles. The human version of L10A has a canonical amino acid length of 217 residues and a protein mass of 24.8 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. L10A is a member of the Universal ribosomal protein uL1 protein family. Indicated applications for L10A antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
