Anti-MAGE1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MAGE1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MAGEA1 gene, which encodes MAGE family member A1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of MAGE1 has a canonical amino acid length of 309 residues and a protein mass of 34.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the testis. Western Blot is a widely used application for the MAGE1 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
