Anti-H-GRF55 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the H-GRF55 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RASGRF1 gene, which encodes Ras protein specific guanine nucleotide releasing factor 1. This protein is known to function in GTPase activation and neuronal development, among other biological roles. The human version of H-GRF55 has a canonical amino acid length of 1273 residues and a protein mass of 145.2 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include CDC25, CDC25L, and GNRP. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the H-GRF55 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Western Blot are also common applications.
