Anti-GluK4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GluK4 is a known alias name of the protein glutamate ionotropic receptor kainate type subunit 4, encoded by the GRIK4 gene in humans. This 956-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for glutamate. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the caudate and hippocampus. Other synonyms for GluK4 include EAA1, EAA1, and GRIK. Indicated applications for GluK4 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
