Anti-FRS2B antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the FRS2B antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FRS3 gene, which encodes fibroblast growth factor receptor substrate 3. This protein is known to function in signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of FRS2B has a canonical amino acid length of 492 residues and a protein mass of 54.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cervix and oral mucosa. This target antigen may also be known as FRS2-beta. Indicated applications for FRS2B antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
