Anti-CRL4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CRL4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the IL17RB gene, which encodes interleukin 17 receptor B. This protein is a known receptor for the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL17B and IL17E. The human version of CRL4 has a canonical amino acid length of 502 residues and a protein mass of 55.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane and is secreted of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus and kidney. Indicated applications for CRL4 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
