Anti-Fbw11 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Fbw11 is a known alias name of the protein F-box and WD repeat domain containing 11, encoded by the FBXW11 gene in humans. This 542-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a substrate recognition component of a SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for Fbw11 include BTRC2, BTRCP2, and FBW1B. Indicated applications for Fbw11 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
