Anti-C128 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The C128 antigen is another term for the human protein RNA polymerase III subunit B, encoded by the POLR3B gene. The protein is known to function in innate immune responses, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1133 residues and a mass of 127.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The C128 protein is a member of the RNA polymerase beta chain protein family. Indicated applications for C128 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
