Anti-ARP6 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ARP6 antigen is another term for the human protein actin related protein 6, encoded by the ACTR6 gene. The protein is known to be required for formation and/or maintenance of proper nucleolar structure and function. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 396 residues and a mass of 45.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The ARP6 protein is a member of the Actin protein family. ELISA and Western Blot are common applications for ARP6 antibodies.
