Anti-ARP11 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ARP11 is a known alias name of the protein actin related protein 3B, encoded by the ACTR3B gene in humans. This 418-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in fetal brain. Indicated applications for ARP11 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
