Anti-ADA2B antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ADA2B is a known alias name of the protein transcriptional adaptor 2B, encoded by the TADA2B gene in humans. This 420-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chromatin remodeling and the regulation of transcription, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for ADA2B antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
