Anti-B120 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The B120 antigen is another term for the human protein AT-rich interaction domain 1A, encoded by the ARID1A gene. The protein is known to be involved in transcriptional activation and repression of select genes by chromatin remodeling (alteration of DNA-nucleosome topology). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 2285 residues and a mass of 242 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is widely expressed in many tissue types.
