Anti-FXa antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FXa is a known alias name of the protein coagulation factor X, encoded by the F10 gene in humans. This 488-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of cell migration and proteolysis, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features O-glycosylated and cleaved post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for FXa include FX and Stuart-Prower factor. Western Blot is a widely used application for the FXa antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
