Anti-AR1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the AR1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TCF20 gene, which encodes transcription factor 20. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of AR1 has a canonical amino acid length of 1960 residues and a protein mass of 211.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as DDVIBA. Indicated applications for AR1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
