Anti-JERKY antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the JERKY antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the JRK gene, which encodes Jrk helix-turn-helix protein. This protein is known to function in the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of JERKY has a canonical amino acid length of 556 residues and a protein mass of 61.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. This target antigen may also be known as JH8.
