Anti-ILF antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ILF is a known alias name of the protein forkhead box K2, encoded by the FOXK2 gene in humans. This 660-amino acid residue protein is a reported transcriptional regulator involved in different processes such as glucose metabolism, aerobic glycolysis and autophagy (By similarity). It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in both lymphoid and non-lymphoid cells. The term ILF-1 is another synonym for ILF. Indicated applications for ILF antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
