Anti-MRTF-B antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The MRTF-B antigen is another term for the human protein myocardin related transcription factor B, encoded by the MRTFB gene. The protein is known to act as a transcriptional coactivator of serum response factor (SRF). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1088 residues and a mass of 118.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for MRTF-B antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
