Anti-COOL2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The COOL2 antigen is another term for the human protein Rac/Cdc42 guanine nucleotide exchange factor 6, encoded by the ARHGEF6 gene. The protein is known to act as a RAC1 guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 776 residues and a mass of 87.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell projections and it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types.
