Anti-TAGE4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TAGE4 is a known alias name of the protein PVR cell adhesion molecule, encoded by the PVR gene in humans. This 417-amino acid residue protein is known to mediate NK cell adhesion and triggers NK cell effector functions. It is localized to the cell membrane and is secreted of the cell and features N-glycosylated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the heart muscle and placenta. Other synonyms for TAGE4 include CD155, CD155, and HVED. Western Blot is the most common application for the TAGE4 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
