Anti-PSPB antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PSPB antigen is another term for the human protein surfactant protein B, encoded by the SFTPB gene. The protein is known to function in organ morphogenesis and the metabolism of lipids, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 381 residues and a mass of 42.1 kilodaltons. It is a secreted protein and it is expressed in the lung.
