Anti-MS4A10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein membrane spanning 4-domains A10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 267 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. A member of the MS4A protein family, MS4A10 is suspected to be involved in signal transduction as a component of a multimeric receptor complex. Synonyms for this target antigen include CD20 antigen-like 7, membrane-spanning 4-domains, subfamily A, member 10, and membrane-spanning 4-domains subfamily A member 10. MS4A10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for MS4A10 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
