Anti-ABIN2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ABIN2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TNIP2 gene, which encodes TNFAIP3 interacting protein 2. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides, among other biological roles. The human version of ABIN2 has a canonical amino acid length of 429 residues and a protein mass of 48.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for ABIN2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
