Anti-CCDC113 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil domain containing 113. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 377 amino acid residues and a mass of 44.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. CCDC113 is known to be a component of centriolar satellites contributing to primary cilium formation. Synonyms for this target antigen include HSPC065 and coiled-coil domain-containing protein 113. CCDC113 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of CCDC113 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
