Anti-CXorf66 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome X open reading frame 66. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 361 amino acid residues and a mass of 39.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include RP11-35F15.2, secreted glycoprotein, X-linked, and uncharacterized protein CXorf66. CXorf66 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CXorf66 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
