Anti-ASPDH antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein aspartate dehydrogenase domain containing. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 283 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the L-aspartate dehydrogenase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include aspartate dehydrogenase domain-containing protein and putative L-aspartate dehydrogenase. ASPDH gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for the ASPDH antibodies listed below. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
