Anti-TMEM71 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 71. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 295 amino acid residues and a mass of 33 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the TMEM71 protein family. TMEM71 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. ELISA is the most common application for the TMEM71 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
