Anti-Baz antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Baz is a known alias name of the protein par-3 family cell polarity regulator, encoded by the PARD3 gene in humans. This 1356-amino acid residue protein is known to be an adapter protein involved in asymmetrical cell division and cell polarization processes. It is localized to the cell membrane and cytoplasm of the cell and features acetylated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for Baz antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
