Anti-NT4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NT4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NTF4 gene, which encodes neurotrophin 4. This protein is known to function in epidermis development and the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological roles. The human version of NT4 has a canonical amino acid length of 210 residues and a protein mass of 22.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be a secreted protein. Other names for this target antigen include GLC10, GLC1O, and NT-4. Western Blot is the most common application for the NT4 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
