Anti-PDCL2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein phosducin like 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 241 amino acid residues and a mass of 28.1 kDa. It is notably expressed in the testis. A member of the Phosducin protein family, PDCL2 is known to be involved with protein folding. Synonyms for this target antigen include phosducin-like protein 2. PDCL2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the PDCL2 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
