Anti-NT5DC2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein 5'-nucleotidase domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 520 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.7 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the 5'(3')-deoxyribonucleotidase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include 5'-nucleotidase domain-containing protein 2. NT5DC2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some NT5DC2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
