Anti-DOR-1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DOR-1 is a known alias name of the protein opioid receptor delta 1, encoded by the OPRD1 gene in humans. This 372-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cellular response to hypoxia and GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated and ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in oocytes. Other synonyms for DOR-1 include DOP and DOR. Indicated applications for DOR-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
