Anti-PTD antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PTD antigen is another term for the human protein BCS1 homolog, ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex chaperone, encoded by the BCS1L gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 419 residues and a mass of 47.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria and it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The PTD protein is a member of the AAA ATPase protein family. Other alias names for PTD include BCS, BCS1, and BJS. Indicated applications for PTD antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
