Anti-T14 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the T14 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CD27 gene, which encodes CD27 molecule. This protein is known to function in receptor-mediated signaling pathways and the apoptotic pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of T14 has a canonical amino acid length of 260 residues and a protein mass of 29.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in the tonsil, spleen, lymph node, and appendix. Other names for this target antigen include S152 and S152. LPFS2. These T14 antibodies are widely used in Flow Cytometry experiments, among other applications.
