Anti-Fucokinase antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Fucokinase antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FCSK gene, which encodes fucose kinase. The human version of Fucokinase has a canonical amino acid length of 1084 residues and a protein mass of 117.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as L-fucose kinase. Western Blot is the most common application for the Fucokinase antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
