Anti-CCDC43 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil domain containing 43. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 224 amino acid residues and a mass of 25.2 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the CCDC43 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include coiled-coil domain-containing protein 43. CCDC43 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the CCDC43 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
