Anti-EFCAB3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein EF-hand calcium binding domain 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 438 amino acid residues and a mass of 50.1 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include EF-hand calcium-binding domain-containing protein 3. EFCAB3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, chimpanzee and chicken species. These EFCAB3 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
