Anti-WASF3 Antibody Products

Anti-WASF3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein WASP family member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 502 amino acid residues and a mass of 55.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in ovary and brain. A member of the SCAR/WAVE protein family, WASF3 is known to be involved with cytoskeleton organization and the assembly of protein complexes. Synonyms for this target antigen include SCAR3, WAVE3, actin-binding protein WASF3, WAS protein family member 3, WASP family Verprolin-homologous protein 3, and Brush-1. WASF3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of WASF3 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
