Anti-DOC1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DOC1 is a known alias name of the protein cyclin dependent kinase 2 associated protein 1, encoded by the CDK2AP1 gene in humans. This 115-amino acid residue protein is known as an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase CDK2 (By similarity). It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
