Anti-Acylglycerol kinase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene AGK in humans. The gene may also be known as CATC5, CTRCT38, MTDPS10, MULK, acylglycerol kinase, mitochondrial, and hAGK. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 47.1 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
