Anti-SH3D21 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SH3 domain containing 21. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 640 amino acid residues and a mass of 70.5 kDa. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. SH3D21 is known to be involved with cell migration. Synonyms for this target antigen include SH3 domain-containing protein 21 and SH3 domain-containing protein C1orf113. SH3D21 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the SH3D21 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
