Anti-ZNF541 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 541. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1346 amino acid residues and a mass of 145.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. ZNF541 is known to be a component of some chromatin remodeling multiprotein complex that plays a role during spermatogenesis. ZNF541 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ZNF541 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
