Anti-IL8RA antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the IL8RA antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CXCR2 gene, which encodes C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 2. This protein is known to function in receptor-mediated signaling pathways and chemotaxis, among other biological roles. The human version of IL8RA has a canonical amino acid length of 360 residues and a protein mass of 40.8 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the spleen. IL8RA is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. These IL8RA antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
