Anti-TCL1B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein TCL1 family AKT coactivator B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 128 amino acid residues and a mass of 14.8 kDa. It is reported to be expressed in a variety of tissues including placenta and testis. It is a member of the TCL1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include TML1, T-cell leukemia/lymphoma protein 1B, T cell leukemia/lymphoma 1B, T-cell lymphoma/leukemia 1B, TCL1/ MTCP1-like 1, and SYN-1. TCL1B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, bovine and chimpanzee species. A number of TCL1B antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
