Anti-SEL1L2 adaptor subunit of ERAD E3 ligase antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SEL1L2 adaptor subunit of ERAD E3 ligase is a known alias name of the protein SEL1L2 adaptor subunit of ERAD E3 ubiquitin ligase, encoded by the SEL1L2 gene in humans. This 688-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Sel-1 protein family. It is localized to the membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the testis.
