Anti-DYNLT5 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dynein light chain Tctex-type family member 5. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 179 amino acid residues and a mass of 20.7 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Dynein light chain Tctex-type protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include Tctex1 domain containing 1, tctex1 domain-containing protein 1, and dynein light chain Tctex-type 5. DYNLT5 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
