Anti-DENN domain containing 10 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the DENND10 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 357 amino acid residues and a mass of 40.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the endosome. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 2 different isoforms for this protein. A member of the DENND10 protein family, it is known to be involved with protein transport. Other names for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 45 member A, protein FAM45A, and DENN domain-containing protein 10. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
