Anti-guided entry of tail-anchored proteins factor 3, ATPase antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the GET3 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 348 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm. It is a member of the ArsA ATPase protein family. Other names for this target antigen include ARSA1, ASNA-I, ASNA1, CMD2H, TRC40, ATPase GET3, arsA arsenite transporter, ATP-binding, homolog 1, and ARSA-I. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species.
