Anti-MARCHF10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 808 amino acid residues and a mass of 90.5 kDa. It is notably expressed in the testis. MARCHF10 is known to be involved with protein ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase MARCH10, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase MARCHF10, membrane associated ring finger 10, and probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MARCHF10. MARCHF10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species.
