Anti-ARMH4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein armadillo like helical domain containing 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 774 amino acid residues and a mass of 84.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebellum and kidney. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include uncharacterized protein C14orf37, upstream of mTORC2, and armadillo-like helical domain-containing protein 4. ARMH4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. These ARMH4 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
